Mark was called to serve as McBee Presbyterian Church's Pastor on September 29, 2013. Prior to that, he served as the Director of Christian Education at Darlington Presbyterian Church, Darlington, SC.

He graduated from Columbia International University in 2013 with a Master's in Divinity. He has two other degrees, both in music.

Mark has been happily married for thirty-plus years to his wife, Elaine, also a musician. They have two children and three grand-children.

"I'm so blessed to be serving alongside so many saints of the church here in McBee. Every Sunday is special time to gather, greet, learn and worship. My prayer is that God will continue to bless this congregation."

Presbyterian churches are governed by a Session of Ruling Elders chosen from within the congregation. We elect two every year for a three-year term, one pair rotating off each year. This year's Session is:
